Gentle somatic movements and deep stretching allows the muscles and fascial nets to elongate and release while working simultaneously with a relaxed nervous system. Our unique process increases mobility and range of movement while boosting blood flow and circulation.
Stretching creates space between the joints, helps to support faster recovery between workouts, provides natural and healing relief for tight, stressed out, compressed muscles and nerves.

Many available therapies today aim to treat all clients with a specific protocol. This is a fundamental mistake as these techniques fail to recognize and/or make the necessary modifications for the individual client's needs.
After years of frustration working for studios that implement a "one-size-fits-all" approach, Kendra felt the need to form a dedicated space built on "bio-individuality," as no one person was created the same. That's why she formed Lean & Limber.
