THE LEAN & LIMBER METHOD

The Lean & Limber Method provides gentle somatic movements with soft, non-aggressive assisted stretching techniques to elongate muscles, create space between the joints and unravel tight fascia. We focus on reversing uncomfortable holding patterns of pain, tension and stress stored within the body by addressing the nervous system, fascial system, muscular system and lymphatic system.   

This luxurious, soft, holistic approach to assisted stretching was developed by professional dancer, Kendra Dushac McCarthy, drawing from her extensive and eclectic background in Dance Education, SRT Therapy- Soft Release Techniques, Pilates, Tahya Technique- Healing Dance Therapy, and Yoga.

Kendra's Personal Mission

Many available therapies today aim to treat all clients with a specific protocol. This is a fundamental mistake as these techniques fail to recognize and/or make the necessary modifications for the individual client's needs.


After years of frustration working for studios that implement a "one-size-fits-all" approach, Kendra felt the need to form a dedicated space built on "bio-individuality," as no one person was created the same nor should be their healing approach.
