Could a deep professional stretch session be the answer to my pain relief?

 Yes, it can!

Could assisted stretching improve my athletic performance?

  A: Yes, it can!

Is assisted stretching like a massage?

 No, it is not but it feels just as great! 

What should I wear to my stretch session?

Anything comfortable that you can move freely in. Gym clothes are preferred. Socks are also recommended. No shoes because we need to stretch your feet as well! 

Where do I go when I arrive?

Please sign in at our lobby with security and then you may proceed to the 11th floor.  Make a right out of the elevator.

How soon can I see results from my stretch session?

Results will vary.  However you will feel a noticeable difference immediately after your first session.  Many clients feel an increased range of movement.  Often muscular pain is greatly reduced or even eliminated.  If you are very new to stretching you may feel slightly sore the next day as if you had a workout. Any soreness should dissipate quickly.


To see optimal results we recommend attending once per week.  If working toward healing an ailment, recovering from injury or preparing for an athletic event we recommend 2x or more sessions a week.
